On the morning of April 8th, Tian Junbao, the director of the Municipal Business Environment Credit Center, led a team to the Economic Development Zone to conduct a special investigation on the business environment. Through on-site visits and communication with enterprises, they jointly explored paths to optimize the business environment. The relevant responsible person from the Government Services Bureau of the Economic Development Zone, the business environment experience officer, the representative of the advisory group and the relevant responsible person of the enterprise participated in the research.

The research team visited Henan Chaoya Medical Devices Co., Ltd. in person. They successively visited the corporate culture exhibition hall, product experience hall, 5G live streaming base, R&D and testing center, and e-commerce operation center. They also conducted on-site investigations into the company's development history, industrial chain integration path, innovative medical device R&D achievements, and overseas market expansion layout. Gain a detailed understanding of the practical experience of enterprises in building a full industrial chain of "R&D - production - sales - service", as well as the operational effectiveness of the three-dimensional marketing system of "integration of online and offline". The research team had on-site exchanges with the enterprises on topics such as the expansion of domestic and international markets, the reserve and cultivation of enterprise talents, and the implementation of preferential policies for enterprises. They also carefully listened to the development demands of the enterprises and their suggestions and opinions on optimizing the business environment.

The research team pointed out that the business environment is productivity and competitiveness. Whether the business environment is good or not, market entities have the final say. In response to the concerns of enterprises, the research team has clarified the direction for the next step of work: First, it is necessary to innovate measures, strengthen coordination, continuously deepen the "experiential" research mechanism, give full play to the role of supervisors as "probes", the function of experience officers as "tentacles", and the advantages of the advisory group as "think tanks", and use in-depth research to "diagnose" the optimization of the business environment. Second, we need to adopt targeted measures and make precise efforts, focus on the development trends of the industry, continuously promote the in-depth integration of government, industry, academia and research, as well as the connection of resources along the industrial chain, to help enterprises break through technological barriers and expand market space. Third, we need to strengthen guarantees and optimize services. We should focus on the common demands and individual problems raised by enterprises, and provide full life-cycle services for them through process reengineering, digital empowerment and other means, so as to truly enhance their sense of gain and satisfaction.

This research is a vivid practice of the "government-enterprise-intelligence" collaborative optimization of the business environment in Zhengzhou City. Next, the Municipal Business Environment Credit Center will continue to deepen the collaborative effectiveness of the "three teams" of business environment supervisors, experience officers, and advisory groups. It will collect the genuine feelings and suggestions of enterprises regarding the business environment from multiple channels and perspectives, and build a solid business environment ecological barrier for the high-quality development of Zhengzhou's economy.
