In order to further optimize the content of party building work and further expand the ideas of party building work, on the morning of August 5, 2022, Dong Xiaowen, Director of Human Resources Department of Henan Chaoya Medical Equipment Co., LTD., Hou Pengzhan, manager of administrative management Department, Zheng Xiaoli, Minister of Design Department, and more than ten party members and cadres of the company, Join hands with Song Weimin, member of the General Party Branch and deputy director of the Registration and Approval Branch of the Zhengzhou Market Supervision Administration Bureau, and Zhao Dongna, secretary of the first branch and director of the office, to visit the Party and Mass Service Center of Kanglida Group for exchange and learning. In the Party history exhibition hall, all members watched the propaganda film "Painting Party History",Study general secretary Xi Jinping on private enterprise party building requirements and on the Red Spirit etc，Listening to major historical events, revisiting the stories of revolutionary martyrs who fought bravely without sacrificing their lives, I had a deeper understanding of the century-old struggle of the Communist Party of China.

In the party building exhibition hall, all members carefully watched the propaganda film "Party building leads the sail" to understand the party organizational structure, the "five forces" party building work method and the role of "one alliance and three platforms".

In the enterprise exhibition hall, all members focused on watching the sand painting video reflecting the hard entrepreneurial process of the founder of the group, and understood the development process of Conlida Group.

In the Kanglida branch of Zhengzhou Library, I experienced a new way of reading, and everyone praised this paperless way of reading.
